 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had approached the company regarding PSARA registration and RNI registration and interacted with the sales team, particularly Kajal and Aakash.

Unfortunately, my experience with both of them was extremely disappointing. They seemed to have very limited knowledge about the services they were handling and provided incorrect information. What was even more concerning was the way they communicated with me. Kajal, in particular, was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional during the conversation. As a customer, I found her tone and manner of speaking completely unacceptable.

I genuinely feel that customers should be provided with accurate information and treated respectfully, especially when they are seeking professional services. The purpose of this review is not to create unnecessary conflict, but to highlight the way I was treated and the misinformation I received.

However, I would like to specifically appreciate Shivani from the operations team. I spoke with her regarding my queries, and she was very polite, professional, and patient. She genuinely listened to my concerns and provided me with the correct information.

Shivani, thank you so much for handling the matter professionally and for giving me the right guidance. I truly appreciate your support.
